Fasken was lead counsel to 10870 Yonge Street Limited in a multi-week hearing before LPAT on appeals of the Richmond Hill’s Official Plan Amendment No. 8 and the Yonge-Bernard (KDA) secondary plan. This large, multi-party proceeding, impacted the development potential of a significant portion of Richmond Hill, including with respect to rapid transit, high rise and low rise residential development and the expansion of existing commercial uses and employment opportunities.
