Fasken was lead counsel in a two week hearing that concluded on February 12, 2021. The hearing before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (“LPAT”) was of an appeal of a refusal by the City of Toronto to permit development of a condominium tower at 210 Bloor Street. If constructed, the proposal will be the largest tower (in density, lot coverage and height) on an important stretch of Bloor Street.
Fasken acted for the East Annex Condominiums Association in connection with this hearing with a team comprised of Sarah Turney and Anna Lu.
