Fasken advises regulatory body in relation to environmental, preservation of natural habitat, road authority, planning and development matters

Fasken acts as counsel to a regulatory body and provides advice relating to its mandate, which includes environmental stewardship, and the protection, conservation and promotion of the natural and cultural heritage of the area within its jurisdiction.
