On June 6, 2022, 9174 Airport LP ("Fengate") closed on the acquisition of 9174 Airport Road, Hamilton, Ontario from Lisbert Holdings Inc. Fasken assisted with all aspects of the acquisition, including the grant of a vendor take back mortgage to Lisbert Holdings Inc.
