On May 27, 2022, 315 Allendale LP ("Fengate") closed on the acquisition of vacant land fronting on Allendale Road in Cambridge, Ontario from NFW Cambridge Holdings Inc. Fasken assisted with all aspects of the transaction, including acquisition financing from Royal Bank.
