Fasken represented Ecobank Development Corporation and Ecobank Ghana PLC in the approximately USD$61 million debt facility to a leading aviation company, with the loan proceeds used for the refinancing of an aviation institutions outstanding indebtedness and for the construction of an International Airport in Accra, Ghana.
