On August 5, 2022, ODL Incorporated., a top glass supplier in North America, acquired Robover Inc., a leader in delivering insulated glass solutions to the Canadian market for over 20 years.
This partnership will help continue to enhance ODL’s Insulated glass offerings in North America and will enable them position themselves for new business growth opportunities, while enhancing their product offering, capabilities and serviceability to their customers.
A team composed of Constantinos Ragas, Pierre-Olivier Charlebois, Paul Khoury and Lucas Noradounkian advised ODL Incorporated in the acquisition.
