Barrhaven Manor successfully defends grievance alleging violation of the collective agreement by way of improper layoff

Barrhaven Manor, a Revera Inc.-owned retirement residence, successfully defended against a grievance whereby the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 4000-11 alleged a violation of the collective agreement by way of improper layoff.
