On August 30, 2022, Kontrol Technologies Corp., ("Kontrol"), a Canadian leader in smart buildings and cities through Internet of Things (IoT), cloud and software as a service (SaaS) technology, secured C$30,000,000 in financing provided by a Schedule I Bank (the "Lender").
The financing will, among other things, support Kontrol's working capital and general corporate purposes.
Fasken advised the Lender with a team comprised of Dev Singh, Daniel Conrad and Nathan Gates.
