On November 16, 2022, Transdev Canada Inc., ("Transdev") a global mobility integrator, completed the acquisition of East Ferris Bus Lines Ltd. ("East Ferris"), a third generation student transportation company in Ontario, by way of a share purchase agreement.
Part of Transdev's growth strategy in Canada, the acquisition enables the expansion of Transdev's business with the addition of School Bus and Charter services in the Nipissing and Parry Sound regions. Transdev aims to offer a range of multi-modal services to serve communities, while remaining as close as possible to the specific needs of each territory.
