Fasken acted as counsel to Baker Steel Resources Trust Limited (“Baker Steel”), an LSE-listed investment company, on royalty aspects in connection with the sale of its 24.2% shareholding in Bilboes Gold Limited (“Bilboes”) as part of the acquisition of Bilboes by Caledonia Mining Plc, a gold producer listed on the NYSE, AIM and the Victoria Falls Exchange.
