On June 30, 2022, Broccolini Airport Road Limited Partnership ("Broccolini"), through its general partner Broccolini Airport Road GP Inc., completed the acquisition from 2832418 Ontario Inc. of a 60-acre vacant land site fronting on Airport Road in Caledon, Ontario. The acquisition included a first mortgage loan from Cameron Stephens Mortgage Capital Ltd.
Fasken advised Broccolini with respect to this acquisition and financing, and also assisted with incorporating/forming the property-specific ownership entities with a team consisting of Allyson Roy (Real Estate), Taisha Lewis (Corporate), Joanne Meadowcroft (Paralegal/Law Clerk, Real Estate) and Linda Vella (Paralegal/Law Clerk, Corporate).
