On June 15, 2022, 1500 Industrial Park Limited Partnership ("Broccolini"), through its general partner 1500 Industrial Park GP Inc., completed the acquisition of an 80-acre vacant land site comprising part of 1500 Industrial Park Drive in Cornwall, Ontario, from the Corporation of the City of Cornwall.
Fasken advised Broccolini with respect to this acquisition and also assisted with incorporating/forming the property-specific ownership entities with a team consisting of Allyson Roy (Real Estate), Taisha Lewis (Corporate), Joanne Meadowcroft (Paralegal/Law Clerk, Real Estate) and Linda Vella (Paralegal/Law Clerk, Corporate).
