On January 11, 2023, the Bank of Montreal (“BMO”), as administrative agent on behalf of a syndicate of international lenders, completed a C$2.45 billion multijurisdictional financing provided to Element Fleet Management Corp. , the world's largest pure-play automotive fleet manager.

Fasken represented the syndicate led by BMO in connection with this transaction with a team led by David Ferris and including Daniel Leslie and Christopher Steeves (Tax).
