A syndicate of lenders with The Bank of Nova Scotia and Bank of Montreal acting as co-lead arrangers

On April 5, 2022 a syndicate of lenders led by The Bank of Nova Scotia (“Scotiabank") and Bank of Montreal (“BMO”) completed the amendment and restatement of a $600 million syndicated credit facility for a leading provider of advanced space technologies.

Financing provided by the credit facility will, among other things, finance the general corporate purposes and working capital requirements of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

Fasken advised the syndicate of lenders led by Scotiabank and BMO with a team led by David Ferris and including Daniel Leslie, Armand Benitah, Felix Gutierrez, Anne-Sophie La Rue and Thomas Wexler.
