Syndicate of Canadian and international lenders led by The Bank of Nova Scotia completes $750 million refinancing of Superior Plus Corp. credit facilities

On June 6, 2022 a syndicate of Canadian and international lenders co-led by The Bank of Nova Scotia (“Scotiabank”) and TD Securities completed a refinancing of the $750 million credit facilities for Superior Plus Corp. (“Superior Plus”), a multinational propane and distillate distributor.

Financing provided by the credit facilities will, among other things, support Superior Plus’ working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.

Fasken acted as lead counsel to the syndicate of lenders, with Scotiabank acting as administrative agent, with a team led by David Ferris and including Nathan Gates and Hussein Rehmanji.
