On October 31, 2022, Stronger Youth Brands, a private equity-backed youth sports and enrichment platform announced the acquisition of Little Kickers, an international franchisor of youth soccer programs based in the United Kingdom. Completion of this multijurisdictional transaction gives rise to what is now the world's largest franchised youth soccer platform, leveraging in excess of 400 franchisees and 600 territories across 30 countries.
While continuing to operate as a standalone brand, Little Kickers, by way of the sale, gains access to additional resources to further its growth trajectory as part of Stronger Youth Brands. Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance Inc. acted as exclusive financial advisor to Little Kickers while Fasken served as the company's legal advisor.
