GSoft, now Workleap, a leading software company behind products that improve the employee experience for 16,000 companies in more than 100 countries, secured a C$125 million investment by the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) to fast-track its growth strategy.

Bootstrapped and profitable since its foundation 17 years ago, this external funding is an important milestone for GSoft, headquartered in Montréal.

With this investment, GSoft will accelerate its growth strategy through acquisitions, broaden its product offering, amplify its presence and gain market share in existing and new markets

A Fasken team composed of Guillaume Synnott, Jonathan Raizenne, Jonathan Charron and Tristan Lalumière-Roberge advised GSoft in connection with this investment.
