DroneBase, Inc. (dba Zeitview)

Zeitview takes the lead in advanced aerial inspections for energy and infrastructure by acquiring substantially all of the assets of Heliolytics, which specializes in photovoltaic (PV) system performance via aerial inspection and integrated analytics.

The acquisition of the assets of this former division of NovaSource Power Services enables the combination of Heliolytics' data insights with Zeitview’s expertise in aerial inspection technologies.

Fasken advised Zeitview with a team led by Enoch Chang (M&A) and Jack Yu (M&A), and included Rachel Charney (M&A), Josh Hersh (M&A), Bonny Mak (LEHR), Terry Kyle Lapierre (LEHR) and Hardeep Gill (Tax).
