On September 20, 2023, Stampede Drilling Inc. (“Stampede Drilling”), an energy services company based in Calgary that provides contract drilling services, entered a new syndicated credit agreement with HSBC Bank Canada and The Toronto Dominion Bank for C$50 million. This includes an available limit of C$20 million under a non-revolving term loan, C$15 million under a revolving credit facility and another C$15 under an additional revolving credit facility.
