Represented Cycling Canada in prosecuting allegations of sexual misconduct and grooming of a minor against Alexander Amiri. As a result of the decision, he has been banned from participating in cycling activities “in any capacity”, including as an athlete, coach, or spectator, after breaching “various” sections of Cycling Canada’s code of conduct.
