Transdev Canada completed the acquisition of the Les Mécaniques Lapierre Inc. workshop.
Located in Delson, this workshop will consolidate the operations of Transdev Canada’s Saint-Philippe division and maintenance services for heavy machinery vehicles.
This acquisition enables Transdev Canada to expand its operations in the Montérégie area with additional activities in heavy machinery mechanics, relating to differentials, transmissions, and gear boxes, as well as general maintenance for company vehicles, commercial fleets and municipal vehicles.
Furthermore, as a result of this transaction, Transdev Canada will also offer an inspection service at its Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu location to ensure that vehicles are inspected and roadworthy following maintenance.
