On March 25, 2024, Koble Care Inc. (“Koble”), a digital health and well-being platform specializing in women's health, successfully completed the sale of specific assets to Dialogue Health Technologies Inc. (“Dialogue”), Canada's leading virtual healthcare and wellness platform.
The assets sold encompass Koble's entire suite of proprietary content, software, and intellectual property, intended for integration into Dialogue's Integrated Health Platform (IHP). Swatti Matta, Koble Founder and CEO, will be joining Dialogue’s team as Head of Women’s Health. Building upon an established partnership between Koble and Dialogue, this venture aims to equip women to better prevent potential concerns and advocate for themselves when faced with important milestones such as pregnancy, postpartum, and return to work.
