CHARBONE Hydrogen has acquired Wolf River Hydro Limited Partnership.
CHARBONE is a Canadian green hydrogen business based in North America that focuses on developing modular and expandable hydrogen facilities. As part of this strategy, it acquired the Wolf River Hydro Limited Partnership hydroelectric power plant in Wisconsin, United States.
Through the acquisition of hydroelectric power plants in the United States and Canada, CHARBONE aims to produce green dihydrogen molecules using reliable and sustainable energy in order to become a leader in environmentally friendly solutions for industrial and commercial businesses.
