Fondasol completed the acquisition of a controlling interest in DEC Enviro.
This transaction enabled Fondasol to strengthen its presence in North America, thereby doubling its operations and workforce in Canada.
This is the second acquisition for Fondasol in Canada following the acquisition of Solroc in 2020, in which Fasken was also involved.
A Fasken team consisting of Guillaume Saliah, Alain Ranger, Quentin Lageix, Morgan Guyot, Juliane Rousseau and Kim Ledoux advised Fondasol on the Canadian and Québec aspects of the transaction, in collaboration with Emmanuel Mansillon and Victoire Miniscloux of the firm Cornet Vincent Segurel (CVS), who oversaw the other aspects of the file.
