Guy Sherbrooke Limited Partnership secured construction facilities in the amount of C$328 million from a consortium led by Otéra Capital Inc. and the National Bank of Canada.
These construction facilities were secured in connection with the Le Sherbrooke project, a 508-suite luxury residential tower located in the heart of Montreal’s Golden Square Mile.
