Pender Growth Fund announced the closing of the purchase of all of the issued and outstanding fully-diluted shares of POWR Inc., Rowanwood Professional Services, CHL Software and Assured Software Limited for an aggregate purchase price of C$17 million, subject to standard adjustments.
Fasken advised Pender Software Holdings Ltd., a company jointly owned by Pender Growth Fund and Acorn Capital Partners with a team led by Steve Saville (corporate and securities), and included Leon Miller (corporate), Sukhvir Gill (corporate and securities), and Malgorzata Janiec (corporate).
