On October 24, 2024, Golden Minerals Company, a TSX-listed precious metals exploration company, completed the US$3.5 million sale of Silex Argentina S.A., its wholly-owned subsidiary that owns the El Quevar Project located in Salta Province, Argentina, to Argenta Silver Corp. (formerly Butte Energy Inc.).
