On February 21, 2023, 1900 Boundary Road LP (“Carttera”) successfully completed the acquisition of the property at 1900 Boundary Road, Whitby, Ontario from 1901280 Ontario Inc. The property will be used for industrial development.
Fasken advised Carttera on all aspects of the transaction including acquisition financing from the Bank of Nova Scotia with a team comprised of Andrea Centa, Allyson Roy and Samita Smith.
