On November 5, 2024, 5705 Steeles Avenue East LP (“Carttera”) completed the acquisition of a 20.7 acre site at 5705 Steeles Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario, from Lesso Mall Development (Toronto) Limited for industrial development.
