Aggregate USD $200 million financings in favour of Market-Leading Private Credit Funds

Aggregate US$200 million of financings in favour of levered/ unlevered private credit credit funds. These financings were among the first of their kind in the Canadian market. Private equity sponsored credit funds are in their infancy in Canada. This private markets investor in a market-leader in this space and, in certain ways, this matter established the market for such transactions in Canada.
