Led the team which formed of one of Canada’s largest telemedicine (telehealth) providers, operating across both interprovincial and international borders; advised in respect of its agreements with its customers and funders; provided regulatory advice regarding compliance with provincial laws including those pertaining to the communication of a diagnosis, medical oversight and billing issues; provided extensive governance advice and services relating to constating documents, by-laws and policies.
