Jetsgo Corporation in bankruptcy restructuring

A team of Fasken Martineau, constiting of Luc Morin, Alain Riendeau and Serge Guérette, successfully acted on behalf of the major creditor, Moneris Solutions Corporations, in the notice of intention and the bankruptcy of Jetsgo Corporation Inc. Furthermore, they actively took part in drafting the motion to appoint an interim receiver, the petition in bankruptcy and the motion to declare a transaction void and participated in the related court submissions.
