On October 5, 2004, Jonic International Inc. acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Jutan International Limited, the company responsible for the manufacturing and distribution of all Citizen and Electrohome electronics products, and distribution of Sansui electronics products. Jutan was advised in this transaction by Jon Levin and Gary Fogler of Fasken Martineau.
