Represented Canada Lands Company in the development of the residential / institutional project known as Benny Farm in Montreal. This project involved zoning approvals, numerous public consultations, the establishment of a horizontal condominium for the whole site, servitudes of passage, demolition and construction matters, and the sale of land. Benny Farm is a success and has been recognized by local, national and international awards.
