Participated with other firm members in preparation of toolkits (guidance documents, precedent agreements, process flows, checklists, policies and legal advice) relating to procurement in the Canadian healthcare sector; freedom of information and the protection of privacy in the Ontario healthcare system and the establishment of partnership and collaborations across the Ontario healthcare system.
