Staying Union Free - Tools and Advice

We offer a suite of service options, packaged according to your business’ needs. We provide the key tools and training you need to be able to respond immediately when union organizing becomes active. We can also provide a comprehensive analysis and assessment of your organization’s union risks, together with recommendations to help you legally convince employees to stay union free. Learn more

Workers’ Compensation

With the advantage of cost certainty, our experienced team of labour and employment lawyers will work with your business; reviewing your Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) portfolio and high cost claims, providing strategies for potential cost recovery. If desired, we will provide representation throughout written and/or oral hearings and appeals. We can also make recommendations on how to revamp your business’ approach to WSIB claims. Learn more

We have bundled services that range from reviewing your basic health and safety legislative compliance to packages that review the level of OHS legal compliance and risk of enforcement actions.
