Overview

Spencer Atin is an articling student in the firm's Toronto office.

Spencer graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, he completed a Bachelor of Arts at Western University, graduating with Distinction. At Western, Spencer balanced his studies with a commitment to leadership and extracurricular initiatives, serving as both a Peer Mentor in the Political Science Association and a Tutor for underprivileged children with learning disabilities. In the summer following his first year of law school, Spencer worked at an estate litigation firm, where he assisted lawyers in drafting affidavits and pleadings, conducted legal research, and developed a knowledge report which summarized hundreds of files acquired by the firm. During his time in law school, Spencer was actively involved in the Osgoode community. He was selected to be a Dean’s Fellow for the first-year Contracts course, served as a Caseworker for the Community Legal Aid Services Program, and was the Treasurer for the Jewish Law Students Association. An avid sports fan, one of Spencer’s highlights from law school was participating in Osgoode’s Hockey Arbitration Conference, where he and his partner reached the semi-finals. In his spare time, Spencer enjoys running, playing piano, and reading.

Spencer participated in the Firm’s Summer Secondment Program in 2023, and was seconded to a client.
