Tina Cody maintains a broad commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice. She has experience working on matters involving shareholder disputes, fraud, insurance coverage, medical products and commercial leases.
Tina graduated from the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law. She was an avid mooter during law school, participating in the Julius Alexander Isaac Moot, where she and her partner were named the best Respondent Team and received the award for the best Respondent Factum.
Tina also served as a Senior Associate Editor for the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review and was awarded a fellowship by the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights.
Prior to law school, Tina obtained a Masters in Economics from the University of Toronto and worked as an Economist for a Public Policy Think Tank.
Before joining Fasken, Tina articled with a leading international law firm and worked as an associate with a litigation boutique.
In her spare time, Tina enjoys reading, travelling, attending drag shows and taking her Scottish Fold cat on walks.
