Overview

Tom is developing a broad practice in commercial litigation.

He completed his articles with the Firm, gaining experience in a wide variety of litigation, labour and employment, and insolvency and restructuring matters.

Upon graduating from the University of Calgary Faculty of Law, Tom was awarded the William A. McGillivray Gold Medal for having achieved the highest academic standing in his graduating class. Tom clerked at the Court of Appeal of Alberta prior to articling at Fasken, and beginning in summer 2024 he will be clerking for one year at the Supreme Court of Canada.
