Overview

Tristan Lalumière-Roberge is a lawyer in the Corporate Law group of Fasken’s Emerging Technology team at the Montréal office. He practises in the areas of private equity and venture capital financing, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Tristan graduated in 2021 from the combined law and MBA program at the Université de Sherbrooke. Prior to joining Fasken, he completed a co-op internship in commercial financing at a Canadian financial institution.
