Overview

Véronique Larivière is a lawyer in the real estate group at the Montréal Office. Her practice focuses on transactions and she assists clients with real estate financing, sales, acquisitions and leasing.  Acting on behalf of lenders, real estate developers, managers and promoters, she represents a diverse clientele and takes their interests to heart.

Véronique follows closely the evolution of the Montréal real estate market and keeps abreast of the legal developments. She is regularly called upon to provide strategic advice and work on large-scale files.

Prior to beginning her practice as a lawyer, she initially joined Fasken as a student in January 2021 and completed her articling in the winter of 2022. She received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Université de Montréal. She also holds a Juris Doctor in North American common law and a minor in Criminology from the same university.

  • Mathers’ St-Eustache Quarry and Asphalt Operations in Quebec is acquired by Lafarge Canada, [Deal - Groupe Mathers], For over 60 years, the Mathers St-Eustache Quarry has been the largest crushed stone quarry producer in Quebec.
  • Fasken has acted for Brasswater and its affiliates since 2017 in various real estate transactions, [Deal - Brasswater Inc], Fasken represents Brasswater in a number of real estate transactions.
