Victoria is developing a broad practice in commercial litigation. She has experience assisting clients with matters related to breach of contract, professional negligence and shareholder disputes.
Prior to joining Fasken, Victoria practiced at a leading boutique litigation firm in British Columbia. She has represented clients in matters before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, as well as before various administrative tribunals.
Victoria obtained her law degree from the University of British Columbia, Peter A. Allard School of Law. During her legal studies, she volunteered and worked for the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, and spent a semester representing women and gender diverse people at Rise Women’s Legal Centre. Victoria was also a fellow with the Centre for Law and the Environment and competed in the Jessup Moot.
Outside of work, Victoria actively volunteers with the Canadian Association for Food Law and Policy and assists with organizing the association’s annual conference.
