Vincent Chaurette is a partner of the Corporate Commercial Group in our Montréal office and practices primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions and the drafting of commercial contracts.
Vincent has a keen interest in matters related to financial management and governance in the context of corporate transactions. Through his business law practice, he assists companies of all sizes at every stage of their development, whether it be their incorporation, the implementation of a shareholders' agreement or incentive plans for employees, commercial agreements or purchase and sale transactions. His ability to popularize complex issues and to understand the reality of entrepreneurs serves him as a lawyer and business advisor.
In addition to his training in civil law at the Université de Montréal, Vincent completed a bachelor's degree in business administration and in finance at the HEC Montréal, giving him a comprehensive and global understanding and expertise in dealing with his clients' issues.
Prior to joining the Fasken team, Vincent practiced with another major law firm focused on business law. He also worked as a financial analyst in a Quebec venture capital fund before beginning his legal career.
