Overview

Wesley Fletcher is an Associate at Fasken in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department.

Wesley has experience in dispute resolution procedures in a range of forums, including the South African civil courts, private arbitrations and specialist bodies such as the CCMA and the Competition Tribunal. 

He specialises in commercial disputes, in particular construction arbitrations, disputes involving commercial agreements, administrative law, product recalls, insurance law, and has also worked on competition law matters including Competition Commission investigations, merger control and market inquiries.

Wesley is also a member of the life sciences team and is also involved in various Pro Bono matters.
