Alina Kaiser

Overview

Alina is developing a broad corporate practice with experience in all facets of corporate real estate, commercial transactions and banking and finance. She assists clients on a variety of real estate transactions involving the acquisition, financing, leasing, and sale of commercial and industrial properties.

Alina obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2021, where she was awarded the Gowling WLG Prize in Securities Regulation, the Art and Science of Advocacy Prize, the Jack Walker QC Award for Excellence in Legal Ethics and Professionalism and a Dean’s Gold Key.

Alina summered with Fasken in 2019 and after completing law school, she clerked with the Court of King's Bench of Alberta and articled with the Firm in 2022.
