Arjun Sodhi is an associate in the firm's Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He is engaged in a diverse corporate/commercial practice and regularly advises public and private clients on a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate governance.
Arjun graduated from Queen’s University Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of British Columbia. At law school, he was an Executive Member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He was also a member of the Sponsorship Team for the Queen’s Law Cancer Society. During the summer of 2020, he earned a certificate in International Business Law from the Bader International Study Centre. Arjun earned a Global Law Scholarship awarded on the basis of academic excellence and demonstrated interest in international law. During his second year of law school, he was an academic mentor for the Queen’s Pre-Law Society, assisting Queen’s undergraduate students in their pursuit of a legal education. He also participated in the 2021 Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada. In his spare time, Arjun enjoys playing hockey, golfing, rollerblading, and spending time with family and friends.
