Caleigh Dayan’s commercial real estate practice is focused on acquisitions and dispositions, real property financings and commercial leasing.
Caleigh has experience advising international, cross-border and domestic clients on a variety of matters including acquisitions and dispositions of various types of real property, such as office buildings, vacant land and shopping centres, as well as real property financings. Caleigh also advises both tenants and landlords on commercial leasing matters.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University, Caleigh was an active volunteer with the Queen’s Law Cancer Society. She also acted as a caseworker with the Queen’s Law Correctional Law Project.
Prior to attending law school, Caleigh received her Bachelor of Arts in criminology and sociology from the University of Western Ontario, where she graduated with distinction and was recognized on the Dean’s Honor List.
