Chris Gray is Acting Chief Administrative Officer at Fasken. His extensive background and experience in strategy and operations ensures Fasken’s day-to-day business functions smoothly and in alignment with the Firm’s policies, procedures and long-term vision.
Throughout his career, Chris has provided guidance to numerous national and global organizations, leading strategy development, business transformation and operational improvement initiatives. His efforts have translated into significant impacts.
He possesses a wealth of experience collaborating with boards, leadership teams and stakeholder groups to drive organizational success. At Fasken, Chris regularly advises the Firm and Regional Managing Partners on strategy, program management and operational improvement. Additionally, he holds leadership roles within the Firm’s Responsible Business Program and Climate Action team.
Before joining Fasken, Chris spent many years working for two of the Big 4 consulting firms. He served as the National Managing Partner’s Chief of Staff for more than three years, providing counsel and support in executing internal strategy and change management initiatives. Immediately before joining the Firm, he was Vice President, Strategy, Innovation and Corporate Development for a financial services firm.
Chris holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto with specializations in Marketing and Strategy and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Victoria.
