Overview

Claudia is an Associate in Calgary’s Banking & Finance group and is developing a broad corporate practice with experience in all facets of banking and finance, and commercial transactions.

Claudia has experience working on both domestic and international bilateral and syndicated financings representing agents, lenders and borrowers, leasing and financings, merger and acquisition transactions and corporate reorganizations, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Fasken, Claudia practised and articled at a prominent law firm in Calgary after graduating from the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Law and working as an in-house summer law student at an energy company.
